Getting Started
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can get started with as few as 50 pairs per design. This lets you test a concept, create a limited run, or order for a smaller team without having to commit to large quantities upfront.
How do I place an order?
Simply click Get Free Designs on our website, upload your logo, describe your vision, and choose your sock style and quantity. Our design team personally reviews every submission and gets back to you within 24 hours with a free mockup.
Do I need to have my design ready before reaching out?
Not at all. You can come to us with just a logo and a rough idea of what you want. Our in house design team will take it from there and craft professional mockups around your brand at no charge.
Design
Do you offer design services?
Yes, and they are completely free. Every order includes a professional design service where our team creates custom mockups tailored to your brand. There are no design fees and no templates, just real designers working on your brief.
How quickly will I receive my design mockup?
We turn around free design mockups within 24 hours of receiving your request. Your design is crafted from scratch specifically for your brand, not generated from a generic template.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited. We keep refining your design until every detail is exactly right. You are in full control throughout the process and nothing goes into production until you have given your final approval.
Can I see a sample before placing a large order?
Yes. We can provide a sample so you can assess the quality, fit, and feel before committing to a full production run. Reach out to us at support@brandmysocks.com to arrange this.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Vector files in AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF format with outlined fonts work best. We also accept high resolution PNG files at a minimum of 300 DPI. If you are unsure whether your files are suitable, just send them over and our team will advise.

What styles of custom socks do you offer?
We currently offer four styles: Custom Dress Socks (from $7.25), Custom Athletic Socks (from $8.95), Custom Grip Socks (from $9.25), and Custom Cycling Socks (from $8.75). Each style is fully customizable with your logo, colors, and branding.
What are the socks made from?
Our socks are crafted from premium combed cotton with reinforced stitching for durability and comfort. The blend is breathable, soft, and built for all day wear. We also offer performance athletic blends depending on your chosen style.
Are your socks woven or printed?
Our socks are woven, meaning your design is knitted directly into the fabric rather than printed on top. This results in a richer look, better durability, and a softer feel compared to sublimation printed alternatives. The design will not peel, crack, or fade over time.
How do I care for woven socks?
To keep them looking and feeling their best, wash them inside out in cold water with a mild detergent, avoid bleach, and air dry when possible. Following these steps preserves the knit structure, colors, and softness over many washes.
How small can text be and still look good?
For best results, keep text bold and legible. Very fine or thin fonts can lose clarity when knitted. Our design team will always flag any potential legibility issues and suggest adjustments before production begins, so you can be confident the final product looks sharp.
Sizing
What sizes are available?
We offer a one size fits most option that covers the majority of adult feet. If you need specific sizing for particular styles or audiences, just let us know when you submit your request and our team will guide you through the available options.
Production and Lead Times
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 2 to 3 weeks after your design is approved. Rush orders are available if you are working with a tighter deadline. Reach out to us at support@brandmysocks.com to discuss fast track availability.
When does production begin?
Production begins immediately after you approve your final design. We do not start manufacturing until you have confirmed everything looks exactly right.
Will I know if my design is feasible for production?
Yes. Our design team reviews every submission to ensure it translates well into the knitting process. If any adjustments are needed, we will guide you through them and provide updated mockups. You will always see and approve the final version before anything is manufactured.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free worldwide express shipping on every order. We handle the entire logistics process from production through to delivery at your door.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Every order comes with real time tracking so you can follow your shipment from our production facility to your doorstep.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Just let us know your delivery requirements when placing your order and we will coordinate the split shipment for you.
Pricing and Payment
How much do custom socks cost?
Our pricing is fully transparent with no setup fees and no hidden charges. Prices vary by style and scale with quantity. Design, production, and worldwide express shipping are all included in the price you see.
Are there setup fees or design charges?
None. Design mockups, revisions, and professional design support are all included at no extra cost regardless of your order size.
Do larger orders cost less per pair?
Yes. The more pairs you order the lower your per pair price becomes. We have pricing tiers that reward larger quantities so you always know what you are paying upfront.
